Photography with a purpose beyond the frame.
For more than 15 years, I’ve photographed the places people create, inhabit and remember, from private residences and retail installations to workplaces, schools and major developments.
I’m interested in beautiful images, of course. But I’m equally interested in what those images need to do.
A design firm may need to strengthen its portfolio. An architect may be preparing an award submission. A developer may need leasing and investor materials. A brand may need consistent imagery from an installation that existed for only a few days.
Understanding that purpose changes how I approach the assignment. It informs what we photograph, how we plan the day and how the final collection is constructed.
